Our Ingredients
We use many fresh, natural and beautiful ingredients to make our chocolate creations!
However, there are some that many people may be allergic too, or maybe you just like to know what’s going into your chocolate!
Therefore we’ve listed it all for you, right here!
Chocolate…
Domea Favour uses the Finest Callebaut Belgian chocolate, used by master chocolate makers and pastry chefs the world over. It is made from sustainably grown cocoa beans. I use predominantly Dark, Milk, White chocolate.
We use edible colours and lustre dusts that are used all over the world for food use, safe to eat and especially designed to use with chocolate.
The edible pearls we use on our chocolates are completely edible and safe to eat. The edible pearls may contain traces of nuts, wheat, fish and gluten.
Chocolates must be kept a room temperature of 15.c – 18.c. Please don’t store chocolates in the refrigerator, as this will cause the chocolate to develop a bloom. Bloomed chocolate is still safe to eat.
Milk Chocolate
Smooth & creamy milk chocolate. Made with sustainably sourced cocoa from The Ivory Coast,
Cocoa solids 35% minimum. Milk solids 22% minimum.
Ingredients: Sugar 42%, cocoa butter 24%, whole milk powder 22.5%, cocoa mass 11%, emulsifier: soya lecithin <1%, natural vanilla flavouring <1%.

Dark Chocolate
Smooth and intense 70% cocoa dark chocolate. Made with sustainably sourced cocoa from The Ivory Coast,
Cocoa solids 72% minimum.
Ingredients: Cocoa mass 71%, sugar 26%, fat-reduced cocoa powder 2%, emulsifier: soya lecithin <1%, natural vanilla flavouring <1%.

White Chocolate
Rich and creamy white chocolate. Made with sustainably sourced cocoa from The Ivory Coast,
Cocoa solids 29% minimum. Milk solids 23% minimum.
Ingredients: Sugar 46.5%, cocoa butter 29.5%, whole milk powder 23.5%, emulsifier: soya lecithin <1%, natural vanilla flavouring <1%.

Energy 2379kJ / 569kcal, Fat 35.8g, (of which saturates 21.6g), Carbohydrate 55.3g, (of which sugars 54.9g), Protein 6.0g, Salt 0.2g.
Store all chocolate in a cool, dry place at temperature between 18 – 20 °C (64.4 – 68 °F) and relative humidity below 65%. Away from the wall and floor to avoid humidity transfer.
Keep away from heat, light and strong odors.
OUR FILLINGS
Using our chocolate in harmony with our natural ingredients and fillings is of paramount importance to us.
We use high-quality and natural fruit purees and pastes; the best alcohols; good butter and sugar for our caramels, and superior nuts in all of our products!
We also use real cream in all of our ganaches! No shady substitutes here!
We pride ourselves on taking beautiful and exciting ingredients and turning into something fun that everybody can get behind!
OUR COCOA BUTTER
Whilst we try to keep all of our bonbons as natural as possible, in order to make our bonbons as fun and arty as they are, we do use traces of artificial food colouring.
We think it’s worth it for the wide eyes our chocolate creates when you first lay eyes upon it!
